Insulation products are manufactured from a wide variety of products and Uretech is uniquely positioned to match our range of products, including polyurethane, ceramics and nano-porous materials, to any customer problem, often developing unique solutions that are both thermally efficient and cost effective.
We have successfully developed three main insulation product categories:-
- High Temperature Solutions
Uretech has partnered with INSULCON BV of Europe to be able to develop and supply solutions to industries that have process temperature requirements up to 1600oC.
- Cold Chain Solutions
Uretech has developed it’s own product range, including UreCool™ Insulating pallet covers and truck partitions.
- Nanoporous technology solutions.
Nanoporous insulation materials are a new concept to the global insulating market, consisting of very light weight nano size particles encapsulated in flexible blankets. These products are capable of delivering the same insulating characteristics as traditional insulating products, at a ⅓ of the thickness and weight.
