Uretech's specialised team offer comprehensive design and fabrication services to its clients to help them achieve optimal results in raw & processed materials transfer and handling especially where its wear-lining products stand to benefit the client's requirements.

FABRICATION & ENGINEERING SERVICES

Uretech has in-house capabilities to manufacture medium sized steel structures, mainly for mining applications, such as chutes, tanks and bulk material storage applications including sheet metal fabrication.  We can supply turnkey projects, which includes:

  • Chute design

  • Liner specification, design and layout

  • Steel fabrication

  • Corrosion coatings (if required) and

  • On-site installation

CHUTE & BULK STORAGE DESIGN SERVICES

Uretech, with it’s partners, have in-house capabilities to design bulk material handling solutions, which include chute design, bunkers and tanks.  These designs may take into account the following material and design characteristics:

  • Type of ore

  • Ore characteristics

  • Type of liners, including dead box liners

  • Sliding co-efficiencies between ore and liners

  • Flow angles

  • Impact and kinetic energy of ore in and through applications

  • Mechanical structural strengths
